The business has grown over the last decade and created a unique space in the FMCG space to become a provider in both retail and out of home food solutions.
Success has been created through NPD, marketing, and entrepreneurial drive, delivering above trend growth in their category. The Board now seek to appoint a Commercial Director able to double the business in the next five year through both acquisition and organic growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for building a sales strategy that will enable growth and expansion of their range through category marketing led thinking and NPD.
Your team, whilst small and compact, will be guided by you, to deliver branded and own label growth across the retail and out of home markets. In parallel, you will work with equity partners and the board to secure additional acquisitions that fit the group’s objectives.
Realistically you will be hungry for freedom to express your true potential. Bursting with drive to succeed, and regarded by those around you as relentless, with high expectations, yet held in esteem for your relationships and the trust you have built across the industry.
