You will join initially as head of a channel managing a team that will offer exposure to a range of customers overseeing an expanding portfolio. This could be as diverse as retail, discounters, convenience, high street and Foodservice, or simply focus upon one channel depending upon your capability and areas of expertease. The pace of the operation is unforgiving and yet excitedly challenging for those who seek the opportunity to make step change in business, lead people and implement their own strategies.
The outputs of your activities will be delivered through your team, so you must be as comfortable developing the blueprint for strategy that will involve integration with supply, manufacturing, and logistics, along with the breadth to include on-line solutions within the portfolio.
