I have always found Paul’s knowledge of the market to be excellent, both in terms of companies and candidates. Having been on both client and candidate side of his services, he has a refreshing honesty which cuts through a lot of blather for all concerned. He will invest the time to understand the business you are recruiting into, and the role specifically you are recruiting for.

Not every candidate put forward can be chosen, but I can honestly say in my experience they have all been very credible candidates. Paul is not the cheapest recruiter on the market, and does not set out to be. He is interested in getting the right candidate for your business as that is his reputation and of course, he’s like you to use him again!
