Arrival of a new CEO has created a laser like focus on customer relationships, market growth, and people capability.

To deliver this holy trinity requires an ambitious Senior National Account Manager who is seen as market leading in their customer retail relationship, has a proven track record of growing customers and categories whilst conjointly embracing the challenge linking sales delivery and production capability through managing internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll understand fast paced own label markets where margin, profit, and volume all conflict with each other to produce the eclectic mix in your JBP.  This will form part of the larger group picture that you’ll be responsible for inputting to the retail strategy.

You will most likely be operating in an own label environment where you’ll appreciate how product development will maximize the performance of your range and meet both shopper and buyer needs to shape your P&L and customer relationships.
