To deliver this holy trinity requires an ambitious sales director who is seen as market leading in their customer retail relationship, has a proven track record of growing customers and categories whilst conjointly embraces the challenge of growing internal talent to deliver the long-term business objectives.

You will most likely be operating as a seasoned controller in a large multinational and seeking the opportunity to run your own show, or an experienced SD who would relish the opportunity to perform in a supportive culture where you can share the skills of your career.

Either way, for the right individual there is a larger role in hand as future MD of the business unit.
